# RedLabel Implementation Guide

RedLabel has two public commercial tracks. Do not combine DSP and SSP launch briefs, pricing, onboarding, proof, or activation CTAs.

## Commercial Pricing

- Setup: $10k setup for launch brief, branded sandbox plan, and implementation scope.
- License: $7.5k-$25k/month for owned platform runtime, operating proof, and clear-to-cash records.
- Optional usage/media fees stay attached to the originating RedLabel track.

## RedLabel DSP

A buy-side offer for agencies, trading desks, and commerce media operators that need branded advertiser onboarding, seats, campaigns, bidder runtime, optimization policy, and clear-to-cash reporting.

Proof moment: DSP proof packages bidder health, synthetic OpenRTB path, creative readiness, budget pacing, supply quality, billing evidence, and live promotion controls.

Setup scope:
- Advertiser and buyer-seat launch brief
- Branded console and API domain plan
- Bidder runtime admission and supply package binding
- Budget, creative, tracking, and approval guardrails

Generated objects:
- Agency, buyer account, brand, advertiser, seat, campaign, insertion order, line item, creative, deal subscription, margin policy, bidder manifest

## RedLabel SSP

A sell-side offer for publishers, media networks, ad networks, and B2B operators that need inventory onboarding, demand paths, ad-server runtime, yield policy, payout terms, and clear-to-cash proof.

Proof moment: SSP proof packages tag resolution, ad-server decisioning, synthetic OpenRTB auction, VAST response, demand probes, standards checks, payout terms, and invoice-ready evidence.

Setup scope:
- Publisher, property, placement, and demand launch brief
- Packaged offer selection: API ad server, ad exchange, local/B2B ad manager, or ad network platform
- ads.txt, sellers.json, schain, privacy, and demand-path readiness
- Runtime domain, tag, VAST/OpenRTB, payout, and reporting plan

Generated objects:
- Supplier, property, placement, creative, line item, demand partner, deal, runtime manifest, yield policy, proof artifact, payout record

Packages:
- API ad server: Custom ad experiences with API tags, OpenRTB/VAST runtime, and signed tracking. Cash metric: Billable impressions served and exported with placement-level evidence.
- Ad exchange: Two-sided auction operations with floor controls, demand connectors, schain, and partner reconciliation. Cash metric: Auction revenue cleared across buyer, seller, demand path, and fee records.
- Local/B2B ad manager: Direct-sold local and B2B campaigns with pacing, approvals, delivery proof, and invoices. Cash metric: Direct-sold booked revenue delivered, invoiced, and reconciled.
- Ad network platform: Managed advertiser-publisher network with publisher onboarding, demand packages, margins, and payouts. Cash metric: Network margin and publisher payouts reconciled from one operating record.
